Frequently asked questions

How do I set up my routine?

When you first open Alemet Skin, it offers three ways to begin: build a routine with a little guidance, paste in one you already follow, or start simple with a default and shape it later. You can adjust everything afterward from the My Cycle tab.

Can I change my cycle length?

Yes. Skin cycling here is flexible. Open the My Cycle tab to add, remove, or rearrange days, so the rhythm can be four days, three, longer, or shorter, whenever life asks for it. Rest days are part of the plan, not a failure of it.

Where is my data stored?

On your device only. Your routine, products, and history never leave your phone, and there are no accounts and no cloud sync. Anonymous, non-personal usage stats help us improve the app, as described in our privacy policy.

How do I turn reminders on or off?

Alemet Skin can send two gentle daily reminders, one in the morning and one in the evening. They are optional. The app asks your permission the first time, and you can turn notifications on or off anytime in your device Settings under Notifications, then Alemet Skin.

What happens if I miss a day?

Nothing is lost. Alemet Skin picks up where you left off. A missed day simply shows as not completed on the calendar, and you can carry on with your routine the next day.

Report a problem

If something looks wrong or the app crashes, email support@alemetskin.com with a quick note about what you were doing right before. Crash reports also reach us automatically as anonymous diagnostics, with no personal information and nothing you typed, but your context helps us fix things faster.

Manage or delete your data

To remove your data, open the You tab and choose “Clear your data.” Deleting the app from your phone also removes everything stored on the device. Because there are no accounts, there is nothing else to delete and no account to close.
