Introduction

Alemet Skin is a skincare companion app that helps you plan, track, and follow your skin cycling routine. This policy explains what data the app does and does not collect.

Data Storage

All of your skincare routine data, including cycle progress, product lists, preferences, and daily logs, is stored on your device. There are no accounts, and we do not collect your name, email, or any other personal details.

Usage Data

To help us understand which features are useful, the app keeps a log of feature-usage events, such as completing a routine or adding a product. These events are anonymous and never include anything you type. This anonymous usage data may be sent to PostHog, a third-party analytics provider, and stored on its servers in the United States, to help us improve the app.

No Advertising or Tracking

Alemet Skin does not show ads, does not use advertising SDKs or tracking pixels, and does not track you across other apps or websites.

Data Sharing

Your data is never sold. We share data only with the service providers that help us operate the app, such as crash reporting and analytics, and only as described in this policy.

Notifications

The app may request permission to send notifications. These are used solely to remind you about your morning and evening skincare routines. No data is collected through notifications.

Crash Reporting

Alemet Skin uses Sentry, a third-party crash reporting service, to help us identify and fix bugs. When a crash occurs, Sentry may collect device model, operating system version, app version, and crash stack traces. This data does not include personal information, skincare data, or any content you enter in the app.

Children's Privacy

Alemet Skin does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data through the app, please contact us.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update this page with the revised policy and a new "last updated" date.
